Four measures were approved
These measures sought to allow authorities to aggregate electricity in the areas in order to buy in bulk and allow for lower rates for residents who want to participate in the program. The communities which had this issue on their ballot include the unincorporated areas of Ogle county, the cities of Byron and Oregon as well as the villages of Forreston, Stillman Valley, Davis Junction and Monroe Center.
