Two Union County Disabilities & Health Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in Union County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current disabilities levy which is set at a rate of $.38 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for the disabilities board's programs and services offered in the county.

The second measure sought to renew the current health district levy which is set at a rate of $.05 per $100 of assessed property value for a further ten years in order to continue to pay for the public heallth services offered in the county.[1]
