An Upland Unified School District bond election, Measure K was on the February 5, 2008 ballot in San Bernardino County, California, for voters in the Upland Unified school district.

Measure K was approved.

The measure was a school district bond issue authorizing $103 million in new indebtedness.

The text of Measure K was:

"Upland Schools Repair and Upgrade Measure: To make all schools comparable and repair local schools by upgrading classrooms, libraries and technology, installing energy/water efficient improvements to reduce costs and conserve energy, qualifying for State matching funds, shall Upland Unified School District issue $103 million in bonds at legal interest rates to repair, construct acquire and equip schools, sites and facilities, appoint a Citizens’ Oversight Committee to monitor expenditures, conduct annual audits, with no money for administrators’ salaries?"
