Hi! My name is Andy Marshall. I'm a Ballotpedia staff writer, starting here again after teaching English in Tanzania for two years. I started with Ballotpedia as a 2010 summer intern and then as a State Legislative Project staff writer that fall. I love Phillips, my hometown in northern Wisconsin. I have a bachelor's degree in international affairs and history from Marquette University, and I hope to begin graduate studies in international relations in the fall of 2013.
