IandRgb refers to a campaign for democracy reform in Britain and Northern Ireland (GB). More information can be found via the web site below.

We aim to provide information about citizen-led democracy so Ballotpedia is a valuable resource to which we can point our visitors and members.

In GB there is very little opportunity for citizens to use the instruments of direct democracy. To increase public awareness we propose to set up a data collection with, at least, examples from across the world, and to document the rare use of initiative and referendum in GB. Please get in touch if you want to contribute.

CONTACTS are very important so we want to hear from people and groups with similar aims based in Europe and elsewhere. We collect reports of citizen-led democracy such as the recall, referenda and law proposal, so please send us reports from your country.
