Hi, welcome to Ballotpedia, my name is Josh Altic.
I am a Researcher and Writer here at Ballotpedia, I spent some time working the local initiative and referendum project and now work primarily on the local ballot measures project. I started working on the site August of 2012 and took a full time staff writer position on January 13th, 2013. I am looking forward to becoming more involved in local ballot measures and other Ballotpedia projects.
My background includes a bachelor's degree from Thomas Aquinas College, majoring in analytic philosophy, theology and political philosophy. Before that I tutored and studied mathematics.
