Hello! My name is Maresa Strano and I am a new staff writer working on Ballotpedia's State Executive Officials project. Originally from Binghamton, NY, I moved to Pittsburgh, PA in 2006 to attend the University of Pittsburgh. I graduated in 2010 with a B.S. in economics and a certificate in Global Studies. I decided to remain in Pittsburgh after graduation and have no foreseeable plans to move away from my adopted city.
