- All four measures were referred to the ballot by the Utah State Legislature.
- All measures were approved by voters.
The deadline for submitting signatures to qualify a ballot initiative for the 2010 ballot in Utah was April 15, 2010. Five initiatives were proposed in 2010, but none appeared on the ballot.
