Utah House Bill 119 is a 2012 Utah law that requires the Lieutenant Governor of Utah to conduct a study regarding online signature gathering for ballot measure, new party, or candidate petitions.[1]


House Bill 119 was sponsored by Rebecca Chavez-Houck (D) in the House and by Curtis Bramble (R) in the Senate.[2]
