The Utah Property Tax Exemption Amendment, also known as Constitutional Amendment 1, was on the November 7, 2006 statewide ballot in Utah as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. It was the only statewide ballot measure that year in Utah.[1]
