Text of the question:

Shall the Board of Education of the Valley Park School District be authorized to increase the operating tax levy of the District by

$0.49 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the purpose of hiring school safety officers and paying general operating expenses of the District? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the District per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation is estimated to be $4.8462 for residential real property, $5.0006 for commercial real property, $5.0323 for agricultural property and $5.1400 for personal property.
