Two Vashon Island School District Bond Measures were on the February 8, 2011 ballot in the Vashon Island school district area which is in King County.

Both measures were defeated because they did not get the 60 percent super majority.

The first measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $47.7 million in order to renovate and construct new buildings at the high school, upgrade technology at the middle and elementary schools and make other capital improvements in the district as needed.[1]

The second measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $3.5 million in order to build a track and field facility at the high school, dependent on if the first bond measure is approved.[2]
