Victor Horn was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 8 of the Mississippi State Senate.

A physician, Horn worked for 28 years in family medicine. In 2005, he established a free medical clinic and has served as its director for the past six years.

He graduated from the University of Mississippi with his undergraduate and medical degrees, and completed a medical internship through the University of Alabama.[1]

Horn ran in the 2011 election for Mississippi Senate District 8. He lost by 7 votes to Patsy Gregory in the Republican primary on August 2, 2011. Russell Jolly defeated Marshall Coleman, Barry Springer, and Sherman Carouthers in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 8, 2011.[2]
