Victor Kocher was a 2014 Libertarian candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate from South Carolina.[1] Victor Kocher lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

He was a Libertarian candidate for the District 76 in the South Carolina House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections.

Biography

Kocher earned a B.S. in business administration and an M.P.A. from West Virginia University.[2]
