Eight Village & Township Electrical Aggregation Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Kenton, townships of Lynn, Hale, Goshen, Cessna, Buck and Blanchard which are in Hardin County.

Seven of eight measures were approved[1]

These measures sought to aggregate electricity and gas in the townships and city located in the county so as to allow for lower prices for residents. Residents could also opt out of the program if they wanted.[2]
