Village & City Electrical Aggregation Questions, 4 (March 2012)
All four municipalities approved aggregation.
These four measures sought to allow authorities in the areas to buy electricity in bulk in order to obtain lower rates for those who want to participate in the program. This measure was on the ballot in the city of Spring Valley and the villages of DePue, Malden and Walnut.
