Vladmir Degen was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the 2nd Congressional District of Maryland. Degen was defeated by Nancy Jacobs in the Republican primary on April 3, 2012.[1]

Degen ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Maryland's 2nd District. Degen faced opposition from Larry Smith, Patrick McDonough, Howard Orton, Richard Impallaria, and lost to winner Nancy Jacobs in the April 3, 2012 primary election.[2]
