James A. Marshall and Karen S. Marshall of Green Valley, Arizona, pled guilty to a misdemeanor count of deprivation under color of law after they were accused by federal prosecutors of voting twice in the 2008 elections, once in Arizona and once in Kansas. The Marshalls admitted to a U.S. Magistrate that they had voted by mail in Kansas and in Arizona.[1]
