Altus Times concerned with flippant attitude of State Election Board Secretary about election fraud

The Altus Times expressed concern about the "flippant attitute" State Election Board Secretary Michael Clingman has about voter fraud in Oklahoma. The newspaper opined:

Clingman seems out of touch with his comments, or maybe we just caught him on a bad day. However, we hope he is aware of the ACORN investigations in other states and he is working to make sure all voter registrations in Oklahoma are above board and legal. We hope he and his staff have taken the time to visit with ACORN within Oklahoma to make sure things are being done properly here.^[1]
