A postal carrier in Topeka says a new voter registration card was to be delivered to a mailbox full of cobwebs at an address with no known inhabitants. No mail had been delivered to that address in five years[1].

Oct 24: Possible voter suppression in Topeka

A paperless process to register voters at the DMV seems to have dropped some Republican voters[2].
