Goggles won re-election in the 2012 election for the Wyoming House of Representatives District 33. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 21[3] and was also unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4]

Goggles won re-election to the Wyoming House of Representatives, District 33. He defeated Republican Daniel Cardenas in the November 2, 2010 general election. He was unopposed in the August 17, 2010 primary. [5][6]
