Wallace Collins (b. April 11, 1941) was a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He represented District 45 from 2006 to 2010. He was defeated in the 2010 general election. Before his defeat, he served as Assistant Minority Floor Leader. He also served as a Representative from 1996 to 2000.

Collins is a businessman. He and his wife, Pat, have six children: Eddy, David, Greg, Mike, Ryan and John.
