Stosch received a B.S. in accounting and a M.B.A. at the University of Richmond. Stosch is a Certified Public Accounting and Consultant.
In addition to serving as a senator Stosch is a principal consultant at Stosch, Dacey & George, P.C. Stosch is also a member of the Monument Heights Baptist Church.
Previously, Stosch served as Senate Majority Leader from 1998-2008 and was a member of the House of Delegates from 1983-92.
