Warren Daniel is a Republican member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 46. Daniel joined the Senate in 2011 after winning election on November 2, 2010.

After graduating from West Point with a B.S. in National Security and Public Affairs, Daniel was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Field Artillery. He later transitioned to reserve status and earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He began practicing in his family's firm in 2000.

Daniel and his wife, Lydia, have three daughters.[1]
