BUILDING BONDS FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS An Act providng for the issuance and sale of state general obligation bonds up to twenty-five million dollars for the purpose of providing buildings at the state operated charitable, educational and penal institutions and at state supported institutions of higher learning.
