Text on the Ballot

An act authorizing the issuance and sale of state general obligation bonds in the sum of $40,575,000; appropriating proceeds therfrom to finance certain specified capital improvements for the state institutions of higher education, the department of institutions, the department of natural resources, and other state agencies; and providing for payment of the bonds from unpledged retail sales tax revenue or other means authorized by the legislature.
