A Modification of the Citizens' Security Act of 1948, Initiative 172 ballot proposition was on the November 7, 1950 statewide ballot in the State of Washington as an Initiative to the People, where it was approved. Initiative 172, once it was enacted, became known as Chapter 1, Laws of 1951.
