The State of Washington Original Jurisdiction of the Superior Court Amendment was on the November 5, 1991 ballot in the State of Washington as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment where it was defeated.

The ballot title was: "Shall the Constitution's description of the Superior Court's original jurisdiction be amended by deleting the reference to "cases in equity"?"
