A Washington Township Roads Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Paulding County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Washington to renew a property tax levy of 3 mills ($3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) in order to fund construction and maintenance of roads and streets.[1]
