|Shall the constitutional limitation upon the total amount of taxes which may be levied on all taxable real and personal property in the Township of Washington, Macomb County, Michigan be increased by one-quarter (1/4) of one (1) mill for each one ($1.00) dollar ($0.25 for each $1,000.00) of the taxable value of such property for a period of four (4) years commencing 2012 and ending 2015, for the purpose of providing funds for senior citizens and permanently disabled transportation services? The estimated revenue to be collected in the first year that the millage is authorized and levied is $273,215.00. This proposed millage is a renewal of a previously authorized millage and does not constitute new additional millage.|
