Washington Transportation Rates Set By Legislature, Amendment 66 (House Joint Resolution 55) was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment to the Washington State Constitution. It was on the November 8, 1977 ballot in the State of Washington, where it was approved.

Amendment 66 amended Article XII, Section 18 of the Washington State Constitution.

It was the 66th amendment approved to the Washington State Constitution subsequent to its adoption in 1977.
