Washington group withdraws ballot challenge

THURSTON, Washington: Just days after filing a challenge to the ballot title for Washington's Referendum 71, the Washington Values Alliance has withdrawn its objections. As previously reported, the group had challenged the ballot summary language, hoping to draw a clearer connection between domestic partnerships and same-sex marriage.[1]
