The question on the ballot:

The Waterville Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2011-05 containing a Proposition that would autorize regular property taxes at the maximum rateof $2.80 per $1,000 of assessed valuation for the year 2012. This is a permanent levy lid lift. For a minimum period of six (6) years, $.50 per $1,000 of the levy increas shall be dedicated to continuing maintenance and operation of the Town's swimming pool. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
