Two Wauseon & Archbold Local Alcohol Questions were on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the designated areas which are in Fulton County.

Both measures were approved
Wauseon

  • YES: 183 (50.14%) Approveda
  • NO: 182 (49.86%)

Archbold

  • YES: 232 (62.03%) Approveda
  • NO: 142 (37.97%)[1]

Both measures sought to allow the sale of alcohol at the designated areas on Sundays.[2]

The question on the ballot:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart Stores East LP, dba Wal Mart Supercenter #2350, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 485 E. Airport Highway, Wauseon, OH 43567 in this precinct?[3]
