McNamara won re-election in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 76. McNamara ran unopposed in the May 8 Republican primary and defeated W. Trent Van Haaften (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
2010
McNamara defeated Democratic candidate Bob Deig by a margin of 9,377 to 9,369. Democratic incumbent William Van Haaften did not run for re-election. [3] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
In the May 4th primary, McNamara ran unopposed and received 3,817 votes. [4]
