A West Leipsic Village Fire Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of West Leipsic which is in Putnam County.

This measure sought to replace the current fire levy with one set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the village.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Village of West Leipsic for the purpose of fire protection at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
