A West Palm Beach Downtown Height Restriction Waiver measure was on the August 24, 2010 ballot in the city of West Palm Beach which is in Palm Beach County.

This measure sought to waive the downtown building height restriction in order to construct a new hotel on the site of the former City Hall. The hotel would have been 15 stories high and the restriction limits buildings to just 5 stories. Though the city noted that the property is not in use and is excess land, voters agreed to keep the skyline of the city intact.[2]
