No: 5,193 (35.1%)

The ballot question said:

If Measure V is approved, should the proceeds fund the operations of a streetcar system serving West Sacramento and flood protection improvements?

Measure U was an advisory measure.

The proposed streetcar would connect with Raley Field and downtown Sacramento.
