West Virginia Legislative Auditor

The West Virginia Legislative Auditor is a legislative position in the West Virginia state government.

The Legislative Post Audit Division is responsible for conducting post audits of the revenues and expenditures for state agencies at least once every two years; reporting errors; and making recommendations to the Legislature concerning post audit findings.[1]
