YES: 5,101 (52.27%) a
NO: 4,658 (47.73%)^[1]

Franklin County

YES: 10,180 (50.43%) a
NO: 10,005 (49.57%)^[2]

This measure sought to increase the current school levy to one set at a rate of 6.71 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for emergency requirements as needed in the school district.^[3]
