The question on the ballot:

Shall the tax rate limitation for Wheatland Township be increased, and a tax levied on all taxable property, in the amount of eight-tenths (0.8) mill ($0.80 per $1,000 of taxable value) for the years 2013-2016, inclusive?[3]
