|Measure U: ""To improve the quality of education at Wheatland High School, repair leaky roofs, replace inadequate electrical systems, modernize and renovate outdated classrooms, restrooms and school facilities, replace deteriorating plumbing systems, and improve student access to computers and modem technology, shall Wheatland Union High School District acquire, construct, repair, sites, facilities, and equipment by issuing $9,000,000 of bonds at legal rates, with independent citizens' oversight, and NO money taken by the State or used for administrators' salaries or pensions?""|
