Will Bisphenol A go on the Prop 65 list?

SACRAMENTO, California: On July 15, 2009, a state EPA hearing will examine whether Bisphenol A (BPA) shouldd be added to the Proposition 65 list of chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. If BPA is added to the list, products containing the chemical would be required to display warning labels.[1]
