Contents |
Hartnett is a Partner with the Hartnett Law Firm, and also works as a Probate Attorney. He earned his JD from the University of Texas, Austin and BA from Harvard College. He is a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation, Board Member of the Texas Conservative Coalition, and member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.[1]
Hartnett announced on September 29, 2011 that he would not be seeking reelection in 2012.[2]

Empower Texans produces the Fiscal Responsibility Index as "a measurement of how lawmakers perform on size and role of government issues."
