Shall the Board of Directors of the Willard Fire Protection District of Greene County, Missouri be authorized to increase the general operating tax levy ceiling of the District by $.50 per $100 of assessed valuation for the purpose of (1) hiring full time firefighters/emergency medical personnel, (2) the construction of a facility and (3) for general operational costs of the District?[3]
