William “Will” Quincy Davis (b. July 2, 1968) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 30 since 2003.

Davis is a Deputy District Administrator. He is a Founding Member of the Better Funding for Better Schools Coalition, and member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.[1]
