William "Bill" E. Young is a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 88 of the Ohio House of Representatives.

He was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 88 of the Ohio House of Representatives.[1]

Biography

Born in Annapolis, Maryland, Young grew up in Youngstown, Ohio and attended Youngstown public schools.[2] He earned his B.A. in Education from Youngstown State University and his M.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University. His professional experience includes working as a high school teacher in Ohio for more than 40 years.[3]

Elections for the office of Ohio House of Representatives will take place in 2014. A primary election took place May 6, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 5, 2014. William E. Young was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while William F. Reineke, Jr. defeated Rhonda Damschroder and Richard Geyer in the Republican primary. Reineke and Young will face off in the general election.[5]
