Campaign themes

On his campaign site, Sieg outlines his campaign themes and policy goals:

  • Create Jobs By Lowering Taxes and Lessening Regulations: "William will fight to lower taxes on small businesses and will work to cut through the red tape and regulations that too often shackle job creators."
  • Oppose Implementation and Defund Obamacare: "William knows we must defeat Obamacare at the state level, as Washington has been unable to fix their mistake. He’ll sponsor a bill to halt to defund any state dollars and stop implementation of Obamacare."
  • End the Out Of Control Spending Of The Rendell Years: "Government spending is out of control and William is going to stand with Governor Corbett to roll back the spending and get our fiscal house in order."
  • Reform Harrisburg To End Corruption and Build Trust: "The public has lost trust in Harrisburg, and William will fight for increased transparency and accountability. He will start by posting his expenses online each month."
  • Protect Our Conservative Values: "As a father, William knows that life begins at conception and he will fight to protect the rights of the unborn. William also supports the 2nd Amendment and will fight to protect gun owners and their rights."

On March 27, the District 92 Republican candidates participated in a debate sponsored by the York County Republican Committee and the Northern York County Republican Club. Coverage of the debate can be found here.
