Willie Hardy is a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 5th District since 2004.

Hardy served as a Justice of the Peace in Ouachita County, and is a member of the Task Force for the Study of the Homeless.

He also served in the United States Army in Vietnam.[1]
