Willie Mount (b. August 25, 1949) is a former Democratic member of the Louisiana State Senate. She represented District 27 from 2000 to 2012. She was previously mayor of the City of Lake Charles from 1993 to 2000.

Mount earned her B.S. in Business Administration from McNeese State University in 1974.

Mount was Pharmaceutical Representative for Lederle Laboratories from 1976 to 1981. She then worked as Licensed Real Estate Agent as an Associate to Mary Kay Hopkins from 1981 to 1988. From 1989 to 1992 she was Co-owner of The Paper Place.
